      Tipping Feature is Live!!

      Jitsu's new tipping feature is live. Recipients can now leave you a tip through their tracking link, and share their appreciation of a job well done.

      We are excited to announce more ways for drivers to make more money! 🤑

      Jitsu's new tipping feature is live. Recipients can now leave you a tip through their tracking link, and share their appreciation of a job well done. 🥰

      Tipping Feature

      Here’s how it works:

      1. Recipient adds a tip amount via credit card 💳 (no exchange of cash necessary, so you can keep earning tips even if it’s a no-touch delivery)
      2. You will get a notification in the app letting you know that you have received a tip
      3. AxleHire will process the tip – minus a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 – and you keep the rest!
      4. Tips are deposited weekly based on the new pay schedule. 🏦

      Recipients are able to leave feedback about their delivery experience with a 👍 or 👎. We use that information to help refine our app features and delivery capabilities.
