Please ensure you read through this carefully in order to understand these changes to the pick-up process. These changes will be effective as of October 1. 2019.

Drivers will now be required to check-in with the on-site outbound team at the San Leandro warehouse or mobile hub sites.

Please have your driver profile badge on your mobile application and Driver’s License ready.

A valid Driver’s License is required.

Drivers will only be allowed to pick up a maximum of 2 routes at one time.

** BE ADVISED **

Even though the limit may be 3 routes per driver, drivers will still only be allowed to take 2 routes at one time.
